Shenelle is a healthcare operations leader and learning strategist with over a decade of service to community health centers, venture-backed primary care startups, and large-scale care delivery organizations. Her consistent focus on building operational systems, learning programs, and talent strategies drives sustained improvements in associate performance and patient outcomes.

Shenelle’s academic background in neuroscience and health systems informs her approach to organizational design, learning strategy, and behavior change, which grounds her expertise in how people actually process and apply information within complex systems.

Shenelle is a certified yoga teacher, and her study of the mind-body connection complements her applied exploration of human behavior and organizational performance. She is an avid reader and traveler with a budding interest in chess.

Shenelle holds an MPH in Health Policy & Management and a BS in Neuroscience & Behavioral Biology, both from Emory University. She is also a certified Project Management Professional®.
